βΌ The password referred to here is the password to your burrito account!
note: Check the difference between a password and recovery text!
You must use the recovery text, not the password, to access the Burrito wallet!
You must import your wallet using the recovery text, for instance, if you want to remove and reinstall the Burrito wallet app or if you want to download, install, and then restore the Burrito wallet app on a new phone or tablet.

The following two cases require a password for Burrito Wallet.
Case 1. Login βI changed my device, but I forgot my password so I canβt log in.π₯²β

Case 2. Settings change βI canβt remember the password needed to change something in the settingsβ
>> At the bottom of the password field, click βForgot your password?β

If you forgot your password in Burrito Wallet, you can reset it.

How to reset your password
step 1 Choose an Authentication Method
Please select an authentication channel for identity verification

step 2-1 Authenticate with phone number
Please enter your registered mobile phone number and Burrito ID

*Only phone number authentication is available for the authentication channel if you have not registered your e-mail.
step 2-2 Authenticate by email
Please enter your registered email and Burrito ID

step 3 Reset your password
Enter the password you want to change, click OK, and you're done :)
How to reset your 2nd authentication password
In addition to the password used to log in, you will use a second authentication password when using Burrito Wallet, sending tokens, swapping tokens, and for transactions while using a Dapp. (If you set the screen lock, you can also use it to unlock the screen.)
If you want to change your secondary authentication password, reset your authentication code as follows!

step 1 Settings β Authentication and Security
Under Authentication and Security, click Change Password
step 2 Enter the current password
Please enter your current password to reset your password.
step 3 Enter the password to change
Enter the password you want to change.
step 4 Re-enter the new password
Re-enter the same password to complete the password reset.
