We kindly ask all Burrito members to follow the community guidelines below to ensure a pleasant and beneficial experience for everyone. Please respect and consider each other. If you observe any behavior that violates these rules, please report it

-RULES OF USE- These rules (hereinafter referred to as "Rules") apply comprehensively to the entire services within the community space (hereinafter referred to as "Community") managed, maintained, and owned by Burrito Wallet. Members will receive caution, warning, or immediate suspension of use based on monitored or reported content violating the following provisions: Additionally, posts, comments, etc., violating the rules will not be restored after deletion. Points deducted during processes such as registration, withdrawal, or post deletion will not be reinstated. Sanctioned posts, comments, etc., will be separately stored. If there's an order from administrative or judicial authorities for evidence submission for dispute resolution, the requested data will be provided to the respective authority. Rule 1. Prohibited Actions 1.1 Unauthorized use or reproduction of others' information or posting false content will result in forced withdrawal. 1.2 Unauthorized use or misappropriation of another member's ID and password or unfair use of services will result in usage restrictions. 1.3 Usage restrictions may apply if multi-IDs are used, regardless of whether it's for oneself or another person, even if discovered under relatives' names. Withdrawal or suspension does not entail deletion of posts except those containing personal information. 1.4 Failure to provide clear explanation through the customer center after usage suspension may result in inability to lift the suspension after 30 days. Rule 2. Prohibition of Illegal Posts and Violation of Regulations 2.1 Engaging in promotional activities commissioned by third parties to obtain money or benefits or transferring service rights and account information to third parties. 2.2 Posting or sending messages promoting services (mining, mining delegation, coin reading, promotion codes, etc.) for commercial purposes to other members, promoting products, or using them in a way that could be construed as such. Also, if member IDs, nicknames, profile pictures contain direct or indirect advertising content. 2.3 Posting or sending obscene or violent content (mentioned in Section 1) such as videos, photos, audio, text, URL links, or comments. 2.4 Posting materials classified as 'Harmful to Minors' (mentioned in Section 2) according to the Youth Protection Act. 2.5 Unauthorized advertising within Burrito Wallet services without the consent of the operation team. Sanctions will be applied based on Section 2.2. 2.6 Posting or distributing materials containing programs, viruses, tags, codes, files, or programs designed to interfere with or destroy computer software, hardware, electronic communication equipment, or services. This includes entering codes in titles, bodies, or comments causing inconvenience. 2.7 Posting adult advertisements or advertisements for gambling. 2.8 Posting hate speech content (mentioned in Section 4). 2.9 Recruiting members to unauthorized bands, group chats, Telegram, or SNS without permission from the operation team. 2.10 Inciting discord or provoking users. 2.11 Attempting to recruit followers through posts, comments, or chats. (The determination is made by the operation team.) 2.12 Spreading false information or creating phishing posts or comments. 2.13 Targeting specific individuals or writing sniper-like posts. 2.14 Using symbolic phrases (nickname, etc.) in the title, including your own symbolic phrase. 2.15 Using symbolic phrases (nickname, etc.) and images in the body to anonymize oneself. 2.16 Using symbolic phrases (nickname, etc.) and images in the profile to anonymize oneself. 2.17 Inducing recommendations for the purpose of gaining points. 2.18 Inducing the purchase or sale of specific coins. 2.19 Continuously posting about specific coins or exchanges. 2.20 Recruiting members to unauthorized blogs, cafes, and sites without permission from the operation team. 2.21 Other behaviors deemed socially inappropriate. Rule 3: Copyright-related Prohibitions 3.1. Unauthorized Publication: Users must not publish, broadcast, replicate, or provide information posted within the Burrito Wallet community for commercial or non-commercial purposes without permission. 3.2. Illegal Transmission: Users must not post information (such as computer programs) prohibited by relevant laws, including the Information and Communication Network Act. 3.3. Copyright Violation: Users must not post or distribute copyrighted works without the original author's permission. This includes posting or sending videos, photos, audio, text, or URL links without authorization. ** [Regarding News Links]: Posting or publishing the entire or partial content of articles may violate copyrights; provide the URLS only for the source of information. Faliure of compliance may lead to deleting the contents without notification. Rule 4: Prohibition of Malicious Activities 4.1. Propagation of Hate Speech: Users must not propagate hate speech intentionally, repeatedly, or maliciously, or for financial gain. 4.2. Misleading Conduct: Users must not manipulate opinions to achieve financial gain or other malicious purposes, leading to deception or resentment among members. 4.3. False Accusations: Users must not defame other websites based on false information or falsely accuse them of misconduct. 4.4. Unnotified Multimedia: Users must not fail to indicate the presence of auto-playing videos or audio in titles. 4.5. Unauthorized Collection of Personal Information: Users must not collect or distribute Burrito Wallet members' personal information without consent. 4.6. Defamation of Burrito Wallet and Its Operators: Users must not spread unfounded criticism or create public opinion against Burrito Wallet and its operators. ** All inquiries related to operations should be directed to customer support. Rule 5: Basic Etiquette Among Site Users 5.1. Respectful Addressing: Users must use respectful language when referring to others in posts, comments, or messages. Profanity or vulgar language should be avoided, considering that the content is publicly accessible. 5.2. No Insults or Mockery: Users must not insult, humiliate, or mock specific members (or projects) in posts, comments, or messages. 5.3. Gender Respect: Users must not post information, words, sentences, graphics, audio, or video that denigrate or disparage specific genders. 5.4. Proper Use of 'Dislike': Users must not use the 'Dislike' feature against specific members out of personal dissatisfaction or as retaliation. 5.5. Respect for Hobbies and Preferences: Users must not ridicule or insult others' hobbies or preferences. Rule 6: Dealing with Disruptions 6.1. Persistent Offenses: Members receiving warnings who continue similar behavior or engage in disruptive actions may face post/comment deletion and a minimum suspension of one week, up to permanent ban. 6.2. Personal Disputes: Exposing personal disputes on the board or inciting third-party involvement to sway opinions or initiate witch hunts against specific posts or members is prohibited. ** In the case of targeted posts, please report them before posting to ensure that related matters are addressed and sanctioned. Failure to do so may result in post deletion and up to permanent suspension for malicious activities that cause harm to regular members. ** In lounges, exposing a member's ID, nickname, personal information, chat content, links to posts, or comments is considered targeted posting. 6.3, Public Disclosure of Disputes: Disputes arising from community and Burrito Wallet partner events will be disclosed on the inquiry board. The URL will then be shared with the other party for resolution via chat or other means. Failure to follow this process and sharing unsubstantiated information or criticism about the other party on other Burrito Wallet boards without the other party's acknowledgment may result in sanctions. 6.4. Publicizing Private Conversations: Regardless of the circumstances, disclosing conversations exchanged between parties for the purpose of insulting or defaming each other will result in a minimum suspension of one week, up to permanent ban. - However, if mutual agreement is reached for public disclosure, no sanctions will be imposed. - It is prohibited to disclose conversations even if the member has left the platform. Rule 7: Exceptions to Sanctions 7.1. No Duplicate Sanctions: The same issue will not be sanctioned repeatedly. 7.2. Exemption with Justification: No sanctions will be imposed if a valid explanation is provided and accepted through normal channels. Rule 8: Other Prohibitions 8.1. Repetitive or Meaningless Posts: Repeatedly posting identical or irrelevant content to disrupt other members' service usage is prohibited. - Posting duplicate content may result in point deductions and, depending on the severity, loss of membership. 8.2. Violation of Public Morality: Posting or using language, images, audio, videos, or photos that violate social norms, public order, or decency, including in nicknames or profile images, is prohibited. 8.3. Impersonation of Burrito Wallet Staff: Impersonating Burrito Wallet staff to deceive or manipulate other members through posts, comments, or chats is prohibited. 8.4. Misuse of Burrito Wallet Staff IDs: Using IDs, nicknames, or profile images that could be mistaken for Burrito Wallet staff is prohibited. 8.5. Threats or Pranks Against Partner Companies: Writing posts or comments with the intention of threatening or pranking Burrito Wallet partner companies is prohibited. 8.6. Provocative Content Against Regions or Burrito Wallet Boards: Deliberately using language, images, audio, videos, or photos to provoke regional sentiments or disparage specific regions or Burrito Wallet boards is prohibited. 8.7. Religious Posts or Comments: Posting or commenting on religious topics is prohibited. 8.8. Political Posts or Comments: Posting or commenting on political topics is prohibited. 8.9. Inconvenient Nicknames: Using nicknames with special characters or that may cause discomfort to other users is prohibited. Rule 9: Application of Rules Any matters not explicitly stated in these rules will be governed by relevant laws, precedents, civil law, and customary law. Additionally, rules, guidelines, and operational principles of individual boards and previous announcements will be used as sanction grounds. In case of overlapping rules with different sanction levels, the most recent rule will be applied. Furthermore, these rules are subject to continuous addition and modification for legal amendments and smooth site operation. Any additional or modified rules will be announced along with their effective date. Attachment Regulations on Obscenity (Criteria for Obscenity) 1-1. Exposure of Body a. Content where the genitals, buttocks, pubic area, anus (hereinafter referred to as "genitals, etc.") of both sexes are exposed or visible through transparent clothing. b. Vulgar depiction of genitals of both sexes. c. Detailed introduction or description with an emphasis on interest of immoral or inhuman sexual acts such as adultery, incest, etc. d. Justified depiction of illegal sexual acts such as prostitution, etc. e. Content inducing disgust by attaching excessive tattoos, piercings, or wearing fetishistic clothing and accessories on body parts. f. Description inducing disgust by depicting urine, feces, bodily fluids, semen, and menstrual blood. g. Description of childbirth situations in a vulgar or sensational manner inducing disgust. h. Content seeking or facilitating sexual play targets such as prostitution, cybersex, explicit sexual conversations, etc. i. Guidance or facilitation of places with obscene information or decadent establishments. j. Content intentionally reminiscent of or explicitly depicting male and female genitalia. Media Harmful to Adolescents 2-1. Exposure of Body a. Content where buttocks of both sexes or breasts of women are exposed or visible through transparent clothing. b. Description inducing sexual arousal such as excessive leg spread, seductive postures emphasizing buttocks, or facial expressions of excitement, even in decent circumstances. c. Content excessively exposing body parts in public places where exposure is commonly prohibited. 2-2. Sexual Acts a. Detailed depiction of intertwined scenes, including rear-entry positions, and even modest cases where the lower body is intertwined. b. Depiction of hugging, cuddling scenes in an excessively suggestive manner, even in modest circumstances. 2-3. Others a. Detailed and obscenely depicted methods, processes, tasks, and emotions leading to sexual acts. b. Content where genitals of both sexes are covered by editing. c. Extremely suggestive content even in general or artistic works. d. Description of behaviors beyond the common conventions of marriage and family life. e. Detailed and interest-based depiction of sexual violence incidents. f. Even for the purpose of sex education, depiction of sexual information excessively focused on interest. Criteria and Punishment for Hate Speech The act of posting or transmitting content that expresses cruelty, excessive violence, physical harm, internal organs and carcasses of animals, etc., causing fear, anxiety, or discomfort through vocabulary, speech, video, images, or sentences may be punished under Article 65 and Article 74-1(3) of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. *Even if parts of the information content are obscured through editing, if technical restoration is possible, apply Articles 1 through 2. *Sharing or requesting information such as obscenity, obscene information, decadent establishments, etc., through <videos, photos, audio, text, URL links, torrent files>, is prohibited. *Even indirect sharing of prohibited information such as QR codes or site registration information will result in site usage restrictions. *Sanctions will be applied if captured (screenshot) images included in obscenity violate adult content standards. *Excessively suggestive or provocative images, files, etc., will also be deleted and sanctioned. 3. Criteria and Exceptions for Direct Insults Abbreviations, consonants, or vowels alone, or the use of similar words, are included. However, exceptions are made for cases targeting users of the Burrito Wallet forum or cases where humor, satire, admiration, or exclamation is used instead. However, even if it is not a direct insult, deletion and sanctions of posts and comments may be carried out for excessive swearing, threats, etc. 4.
