I want to change my email address.
By entering the email address to be changed without email verification, an email address that has been deleted can be changed.
Please follow the steps below to change your email address.
- Select the 'Settings' (⚙️) button at the top of the Burrito Wallet app main screen
- Settings (⚙️) > Profile Management > Change Email > 'Send verification code' button.
- Enter the 4-digit verification code received by email and press the 'Authentication' button.
- You will see a message saying ‘The email address change has been completed' to confirm that the change has been made.
What can I check in my account information?
- In the 'Account Information' menu, you can check and change account information such as Burrito ID, registered mobile phone number, email change (authentication), password change, etc.
Also, if you select the QR code from the ‘Add Friend’ menu under the Profile Management> Account Information screen, you can add a friend directly by scanning the friend’s QR code.
In addition, in the information disclosure menu at the bottom of the screen, you can set your portfolio, ranking, and rate of return to public or private.
Is email verification required?
Signing up for Burrito Wallet is simple, requiring only a mobile phone number verification.
You can use the service without having to verify your email after signing up.
But, even while wanting to reset your password, if email authentication is disabled for an email connection, you can only authenticate it with a mobile phone.
In addition, when using customer inquiries, inquiries can be accepted after e-mail authentication.
It can be used as an authentication method called "email authentication," and email authentication is required to receive inquiries from the customer center.
