The sms verification text is not received

If the verification text is not received, it may be due to reasons such as the number being blocked or the mobile phone number being changed.

How to check if it's blocked
  • Android (AOS)
      1. Text message access
      1. Click the (:) sign in the upper right corner
      1. Settings
      1. Block
      1. Check the blocked message
  • iPhone (IOS):
      1. Access Settings
      1. Phone
      1. Check Blocked Contacts
  • The blocking confirmation method may differ depending on the model, so please check the confirmation method.
  • If a spam blocking APP is installed, it may be blocked by the APP.
  • Please check whether it is a case of receiving blocking or a case where you need to change your number due to a change in mobile phone number, and which case applies.
    • Receipt blocked messages: Unblock from the application you're using or from phone number management.
    • Change mobile phone number: Change your mobile phone number through My Page -> Change Mobile Phone Number.
 
 

The email verification text is not received

If you do not receive a verification email, it may be because the email address sent by Burrito is blocked or the registered email address is unavailable.
  • If you cannot use it, it is difficult to use it due to reasons such as leaving the company if the registered e-mail is a company e-mail, or if you have canceled your e-mail account.
