How do I create an account?

Eligibility for Burrito Wallet!

The Burrito Wallet service is available to anyone 14 years of age or older with a mobile phone in their name, with mobile phone verification.
Excludes countries that have not implemented the international standards of the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) and regions where Burrito Wallet does not provide services.

Can I use Burrito Wallet on multiple phones?

You can only create one Burrito Wallet account per phone.
If you sign in on a different device, you'll be automatically signed out of the one you were using before. You'll need to import your existing wallet information to use it on your new device. We recommend using the Burrito app on your favorite device.

It says I already have a registered account!

You may see this message if the phone number you are verifying is one you have already verified before, or if it hasn't been more than 30 days since you unsubscribed.
  1. Check if it has been more than 30 days since you applied to unsubscribe with the number you want to verify.
  1. Make sure you're not being asked to verify your phone number again,

If this is not the case, please contact the Burrito Wallet customer center via 1:1 inquiry.

I'm not getting an SMS verification text!

If you have international call blocking on your phone, you may not receive the SMS verification text.
If this is not the case, please contact the Burrito Wallet Customer Center for 1:1 support.

What information can I find in my account information?

You can view Burrito ID, phone number, email, password, and more from the Account Information menu.

If I choose to make my portfolio public, what information will be made public?

This feature allows you to show your friends which coins you own.
The quantity of the coin is not disclosed, only the name of the coin.

I want to change my email/cell phone number!

  • I want to change my email address
    • To change your email address due to withdrawal, you can change your email address without email verification by entering the email address you want to change. To change your email, please follow the steps below.
      1. Select the 'Settings' (โš™๏ธ) button at the top of the main screen of the Litecoin Wallet app.
      1. Go to Settings (โš™๏ธ) > Profile Management > Change Email > Click the Send Verification Number button.
      3. Enter the 4 digits of the verification number you received in the email you want to change, and click the 'Verify' button.
      You will see a message saying "Email address change is complete" to confirm that the change is successful.

  • I want to change my cell phone number.
      1. select Settingsโš™๏ธ button at the top of the app main screen
      1. Settings > Profile Management > Log in with your phone number, email, and password > In Profile Management, click the 'Change Phone Number' button and enter your password.
      1. Enter your mobile phone number and click the Send verification number button
      1. Enter the 4-digit verification number sent to you and click the 'Complete verification' button.
      1. Check the [Changes have been completed] message
      1. Check the changed mobile phone number on the profile management screen

I want to know how to leave!

To leave Burrito Wallet, follow these steps
  1. Tap the Settings (โš™๏ธ) button at the top of the app main.
  1. Tap the 'Unsubscribe' button at the bottom of the settings screen.
  1. Select the reason for withdrawal from the list.
  1. Check the 'I agree' box and tap the 'Next' button.
  1. Enter the Password for your Burrito Wallet account and press the Next button.
  1. Enter the verification number sent to your mobile phone and press the 'Verification Complete' button.
  1. Your withdrawal request has been received.
    1. ๐Ÿคš Withdrawal requests will be processed in 5 business days. If you wish to rejoin, you can do so after 30 days of withdrawal.

Once the withdrawal is complete, the member will be changed to the default profile on the profile screen you set up.

If your subscription has not been processed, click Contact us 1:1 to submit an inquiry. We'll send a response to your inquiry to the email you registered with when you signed up for Burrito, so be sure to register your email.

Can I leave and rejoin immediately?

If you leave from Burrito Wallet, you can sign up again.
Your withdrawal will be processed 5 days after you submit your request. You can sign up again 30 days after you unsubscribe.
The re-subscription process is the same as the sign-up process: follow the steps to create a wallet (account creation).
If you are still unable to sign up after 30 days of withdrawal, please contact Burrito Wallet Customer Center via 1:1 Inquiry. If you submit an online inquiry, we will send a response to your registered email address.
